 The Body is a comprehensive HIV/AIDS resource and includes the latest news and updates on research and treatment.  It also provides and extensive list of national and state hotlines for treatment, suicide, sexual minorities and addiction.  Explore the site for information on prevention, living with HIV/AIDS and for personal stories.

The National Domestic Violence Hotline-a nonprofit organization that provides crisis intervention, information and referral to victims of domestic violence, perpetrators, friends and families. The Hotline serves as the only domestic violence hotline in the nation with access to more than 5,000 shelters and domestic violence programs across the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Advocates receive approximately 21,000 calls each month. Domestic Abuse Helpline for Men and Women-  Originally established to compliment the traditional domestic violence shelter programs, they specialize in offering supportive services to men abused by their female intimate partners.  Whether they are male or female in a heterosexual or same sex abusive relationship, all who call are offered the same respect and support because no one deserves to be abused.                              1-888-7HELPLINE (1-888-743-5754)

LAMBDA Legal - Lambda Legal is the oldest national organization pursuing high-impact litigation, public education and advocacy on behalf of equality and civil rights for lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and people with HIV.  Lambda Legal makes the case for equality in court and through education, and helps individuals obtain and advance their rights by providing legal information about federal laws and the laws in their state.

Women's Health- The Office on Women’s Health (OWH) was established in 1991 via the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Their vision: To improve the health and sense of well-being of all U.S. women and girls by leading and coordinating the efforts of all the HHS agencies and offices involved in women's health.  The OWH creates and sponsor innovative programs that focus on the health of women and girls and educate physicians, dentists, researchers, therapists, nurses and other health professionals.  Don't forget to check out Girl's Health as well!
